SHELTER​​
Fura Amani Foundation is working towards providing more than just shelter for the homeless in Jacksonville, Florida, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our vision encompasses offering meals, clothing, and comprehensive well-being support. We aim to ensure transitions to improved living conditions, with a goal to combat homelessness.
EDUCATION/TRAINING​
​Fura Amani Foundation is working towards championing empowerment through education in Jacksonville, Florida, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. We plan to provide educational access, essential skills like CPR, and employment readiness, aiming to foster self-sufficient individuals and communities.
FOOD/POTABLE WATER​
We are working to provide food and potable water funded by food drives. These nutritious meals will be provided to our members who stay in the shelter. Food and potable water will also be given out to those in the Democratic Republic of Congo as well for those who do not have access to it.
HEALTH SERVICES
​Fura Amani Foundation is gearing up to provide holistic healthcare in Jacksonville, Florida, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Our envisioned services encompass women's health, pediatric care, mental and sexual health counseling, STD/HIV testing, and mobility aids. Our goal is to foster healthier communities through robust support and education.
TRANSPORTATION​
​Fura Amani Foundation is striving to prioritize mobility in Jacksonville, Florida, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. We aim to offer transportation for various activities, from school to community events. Our goal is to ensure everyone can access opportunities and stay connected. We're working towards bridging the mobility gap, one ride at a time.
CLOTHING/OTHER ESSENTIALS​
We provide clothing funded by clothing and shoe donations. All sizes and types of clothing are acceptable. Shoes, shirts, shorts, pants, socks, and undergarments are essential.
